Polymer clay is water resistant and quite flexible, however additional elements such as glitter, varnish, paint and attachments may not be.
IS POLYMER CLAY WATERPROOF?
We use the services of Australia Post with the option of Parcel Post $9.50 and Express Post $13.50. We also offer local pick up from Kew, Victoria. Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping!
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We specialise in unique designs, this means that many of our creations will not be remade in the future. We often create one of each design/shape unless labelled as 'made to order'. We may produce similar designs in the future however, they will rarely be exactly the same as previous creations.
DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS AND DESIGNS?
All orders are packaged like a little gift however, please let us know if you have purchased your goodies for someone else. We can even add a special note for the receiver upon request.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT-WRAPPED?
There are 2 payment methods to choose from. Credit/debit card and Paypal. Custom & wholesale orders are invoiced with a direct transfer option.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, keep away from intense heat and avoid submerging in water. All display cards include care guidelines on the back to assist with caring for your items.
